THE APPROACH
What is coach supervision?
Coach supervision is a reflective conversation about coaching practice and its wider context. It can explore client relationships, ethics, contracting, and questions arising from the work, rather than concentrating only on credential competencies.
A challenging session can leave you with questions that are difficult to explore alone. Supervision gives you room to observe what happened, consider different perspectives, and reflect on the way you want to practise.
Start with the challenges
you are facing.
- Reflecting on challenging coaching situations
- Exploring ethical questions and professional boundaries
- Considering contracting and client expectations
- Noticing patterns in your professional relationships
- Developing awareness of your own role in the coaching conversation
How we work together
We use a reflective, non-judgmental conversation to examine questions from your practice. I support you in observing what is happening, understanding different perspectives, and considering how you want to develop your professional coaching skills.
Preparing for our first conversation
Bring a question or situation from your coaching practice. We agree how to discuss it while respecting client confidentiality and the boundaries of the supervision arrangement.

YOUR QUESTIONS
Before we begin.
Are you a certified Coach Supervisor?
Yes. I received my Coach Supervisor certification in spring 2024, as described in my biography and corporate and professional coaching brochure.
What can I bring to supervision?
You can bring questions about client work, ethics, contracting, coaching skills, or professional relationships. We agree the scope of our conversation and how to handle client information appropriately.
Does supervision replace mentor coaching?
They serve different purposes. Mentor coaching concentrates on skills and competencies in relation to a credential pathway. Supervision explores the wider questions and context of your coaching practice.
How are sessions arranged?
We discuss your needs, preferred format, and schedule before agreeing an arrangement. This website does not promise a fixed session length, frequency, or package.
Let’s discuss
what you want to work on.
Tell me about your context, goals, and questions. We can explore whether working together is right for you.
