What is professional language coaching?
Professional language coaching aligns targeted language goals directly with your real-world business contexts. Through Neurolanguage Coaching®, I integrate ICF coaching competencies and practical neuroscience to create a brain-friendly, high-impact learning experience.
Mastering vocabulary and grammar doesn't automatically make conversations easier. Together, we address the language, the exact professional situation, and the hesitation or anxiety you experience—ensuring every session translates directly into the confident communication you actually need.

I am Rachel Paling, an ICF Master Certified Coach, UK-qualified lawyer, and creator of Neurolanguage Coaching®. I hold Masters degrees in Applied Neuroscience and Neuropsychology in Education. I became a registered ICF Mentor Coach in 2023 and received my Coach Supervisor certification in 2024.

Which languages do you offer for professional language coaching?
My professional language coaching offer is for English or Spanish as a second language. This is separate from the English, Spanish, or Italian languages available for my executive and professional coaching conversations.
Can we work on a presentation or negotiation?
Yes. Presentations, negotiation, feedback, and professional conversations are among the situations described in my corporate and professional coaching offer. We discuss your specific needs before agreeing the focus.
Is this the teacher certification course?
No. This service is for professionals developing their own communication. The Neurolanguage Coaching® certification programme is a separate offer for language educators, linked from this website.
Is a particular improvement or timeframe guaranteed?
No fixed result or timeframe is promised. We agree individual goals and a way of working that reflects your starting point, needs, and circumstances.
